Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Products must be in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of purchase is required.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair care products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is verified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
